Law and Contemporary Theory

The Law and Contemporary Theory working group brings together scholars in the humanities and social sciences to study jurisprudence, contemporary legal theory, critical legal theory, law and literature, socio-legal studies, law and film, and additional points of contact between the law and other fields of study. This working group will be largely self-directed so that students and professors can bring their own work and interests to discussions.
